By using Wedding Speech Ready, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Wedding Speech Ready provides AI-assisted wedding speech packages based on the information you submit. The product is intended to help with drafting and delivery preparation, not to guarantee a specific personal, social, or commercial outcome.

You may use Wedding Speech Ready only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service to submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for how you use the output. You should review the generated content before delivering, printing, sharing, or relying on it.

The output may contain mistakes, omissions, generic phrasing, or wording that is not appropriate for your situation unless you review and use your judgment. Wedding Speech Ready does not promise that the generated content will always be accurate, complete, original, or suitable for every context.

Wedding Speech Ready uses one-time payment per speech package unlock. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once the paid package has been unlocked and delivered.

Access to speech packages is controlled through private tokenized links. Anyone with the link may be able to access the associated speech package, so you are responsible for keeping that link private.

The Wedding Speech Ready site, branding, and software remain the property of the business operating the service. Subject to payment and these terms, you may use your generated speech package for your own personal wedding speech use.

Wedding Speech Ready may change, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of all content.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedding Speech Ready will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
